Mazaaher fine form continues!

Mazaaher produced yet another fine performance at Chepstow on Friday afternoon finishing second after being badly hampered when making his move in the straight.

In his last 4 runs he’s recorded form figures of 1,2,2,2 and today he was unlucky not to get another 1 next to his name.

Approaching the 3 furlong pole Mazaaher was making eye catching head way up the inside rail but he got badly cut up and his jockey had no choice but to snatch him up which cost us momentum and Mazaaher took sometime to regain his balance. At that stage the race looked over and heading towards the furlong pole Mazaaher was in fifth with an awful to do but he was switched out wide and finished strongly to go down by just 2 lengths.

Had Mazaaher got a clear run it would have been very interesting but nevertheless another fine effort and he continues to be in the form of his life.

All being well Mazaaher will head to Newbury on 19th May.
