Liamba produced a devastating display in first time headgear at Southwell on Tuesday evening when winning by an ever increasing 6 lengths in a competitive 6f handicap.
Leading the field from start to finish under Conor McGovern for trainer David O’Meara, Liamba was stretching away inside the final furlong to record a second win of her career.
However, that doesn’t tell the whole story.
Liamba is without question one of the most consistent horses in training, recording these remarkable form figures from her last 14 runs: 3,2,0,2,2,1,2,3,5,2,3,2,2,1.
This family just improves with age and it would be no surprise if this talented filly continues to add to her wining tally.
