Amliba produced a very pleasing debut performance in the novice stakes at Newcastle on Wednesday.
Having to stand in the stalls for an awful long time she was a little slow away but travelled well throughout.
The race turned into a sprint approaching the 2 furlong pole but she stayed on nicely in the final furlong under hands and heels to finish a running on sixth only beaten just over 5 lengths.
Her pedigree acts well on the a/w surfaces and we are looking forward to a successful winter campaign with her.
There are still a few shares remaining in our David O’Meara trained filly.
